These terms apply when you use the website and moving services of Rideau Move Inc., operating as Rideau Move Co. ("we", "us").

Estimates & quotes

Estimates we provide are non-binding approximations based on the information you provide. Your final price is confirmed after a call or review of your move details. We do not charge hidden fees.

Booking & deposits

Bookings are confirmed once we agree on a date and any deposit is received. Deposit and cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate move details, access information and timing.
Disclose specialty, hazardous or high-value items in advance.
Ensure clear access and any required parking or elevator bookings.

Liability & claims

We handle your belongings with care. If anything is damaged or goes missing during your move, let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to put it right. Any specific terms that apply to your move are provided in writing when you book.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
